In our Facebook group I provide endless education and ideas to help you get and stay motivated to workout and know what to eat. The group is geared toward toward making your nutrition and fitness habits easy to follow.
But sometimes you need a little more.
We don’t really discuss specifics like:
- How many calories YOU need
- The specific macronutrient numbers your body is requiring to meet your goals.
- The roadblocks and headaches standing between where you are and where you want to be.
- What your individual food intake looks like and how we could tweak it to better meet your goals.
And while I love providing general guidelines in our group and will always be speaking on nutrition, I can’t give you hard fast answers on YOUR body without knowing the whole picture of how you live your life.
