Crustless Quiche: Finally, a quiche that looks worth eating. I’m generally not a fan because I hate the crust, but this crustless quiche is a good mix of veggies and protein and would be super easy to reheat (always a plus).
Meal Prep Chicken Salad: Chicken salad is one of my absolutely favorites so I’m constantly playing around with new recipes. This particular one is a food prep recipe which gives you enough for the week. Add some veggies and a fruit and you’ve got lunch done and ready to go.
