Apple Cinnamon Breakfast Bowl: I’m always looking for super quick breakfasts that are a good mix of protein/fat/carbs and are not eggs (I’m egged out at the moment). I really like this option and you could easily sub apples for berries if you’d rather.
Twice Baked Chicken Fajita Sweet Potatoes: This is one of those meals that would reheat super well for a fantastic lunch.
Chocolate Chip Chickpea Blondies: Blondies are my jam. These are made without any flour and use chickpeas instead. Yum!
